So I went to Snow Summit today... By my self. Not such a good idea... Long story short I broke a chain and fell over the side about 15 feet or so and found a sturdy tree to wrap myself around. After screwing around with my chain and being unable to fix it I ended up walking out a few miles. Now It hurts to cough/laugh/breathe. Seems that I have a couple lightly bruised ribs...
Never a good idea to ride alone, but if it means not riding....then I understand. Sorry to hear of your crash but sounds like you got away cheap. Heal quick!
