    Sorry about your injury.

    I completely ruptured my Achillies Tendon (skiing accident - I was hit from behind and thrown forward.)

    I was back on my mt bike in 7 months. My Ortho just said be careful, but approved the Mt Biking activity. He also said it could take up to a year when he first discussed the surgery...so, it just depends on you. I was 53 years old when it happened a couple years ago.

    How fast do you heal? I worked hard on the physical therapy.

    He hasn't even been to the Doctor, he tore that in highschool and has no issues riding his bike, call him up and go riding. This bike is a lease for testing and he cannot sell it, it would be completely illegal and reported stolen by specialized. I'm sorry he decided to lie to eveyone on here, but I don't think he knows any other way. He even managed to get a car out of these lies, so please don't feed into this.

    OMG so he lied to me, said he was test riding, turns out he bought it with money he didn't have, because he hasn't worked in two years. I am going to get a copy of the receipt today. Sorrry all. But he really isn't injured. I wish that was true.

    Actually it was bought from Irvine Store.
