The Saturday rides are usually a bit longer with a more moderate pace. These rides are more suited for intermediate riders with some good stamina!

THIS WEEK'S RIDE 10/15/2011: Black Star Canyon. Meet at the gate at 8:30AM. Ride lead: Neil.

Directions: From I-5 take Lake Forest Exit east for 4.5 miles. Make a right on Portola, a left on Glen Ranch, then left on El Toro Road. About a mile later El Toro Road turns into Santiago Canyon Road. Take Santiago Canyon Road about 5 miles north. Turn right on Silverado Canyon Road, then left on Black Star Canyon Road. Drive about one mile to the gate. Parking is free.

THIS WEEK'S RIDE 10/22/2011: We'll be riding the Enduro Stuff Challenge course at Caspers Wilderness Park in San Juan Capistrano!

The Path Bike Shop will be hosting a pre-race ride for the Enduro Stuff Challenge & Mtb Expo. Pre-Ride the Enduro Stuff Challenge course once or twice or more!

***All attendees receive a 15% discount coupon on products at The Path Bike Shop (excluding bikes, frames, sale items or other discounts)***

• Where: Caspers Wilderness Park (33401 Ortega Hwy, San Juan Capistrano, CA 92675)
• When: 8:00am at the Old Coral, follow the parks main road to the end of the park.

We are heading to Aliso Woods for a super loop with the filipino army, gonna be fun!

Sounds like fun. How many miles will you ride?

 

The tentative plan is up cholla, down rock it, up cholla, down car wreck, up mathis, top of the world, down meadows and back to milf park....or maybe something else lol!
Regardless what the route may be plan on about 2-3 hours at a moderate pace.

THIS WEEK'S RIDE 12/31/2011: Vail Lake "12 Hours of Temecula" race course pre-ride.

Great training ride for the 12 Hours of Temecula to be held on January 21st, 2012. The plan is to do 3-4 laps around the course and be done before lunch.

There is a $5 fee to use the trails, payable at the entrance gate.

Meet at the campground entrance at 7AM. Ride lead: Neil.

Blake would have loved to ride the loop with Maddie - he'd show her all the launch locations
