Cool. If anything, it's more about those who take SS too seriously. I don't think you do, and neither do a lot of other people on here.

It's the jumpline split to the left of the diving board on the trail formerly known as cruiser. in order to live up to its name they need some workout stuff there so people can flex the pecks.

Is it still crazy packed on the weekends? It was pretty empty on Tuesday. It seemed like only serious riders and locals were riding. I was probably the only one up there rolling the table tops and/or landing on top after doing my extreme 6" jump.

With only one of the lifts working, it seems busier than normal in the line. It's not too bad tho - they're loading 2 bikes per chair and trying to squeeze 4 riders on a chair whenever possible. On the runs, it doesn't feel crowded (at least it didn't last Sunday).

Things will improve a lot when they get more of those 3-bike trays. 3 riders and bikes in 2 chairs will be faster than 4 riders and bikes in 3 chairs. That, and getting the other lift open again (the sign said something like 6-8 weeks :?:).

they have one of those trays. They had planned to have them this year but a poor winter left them without money to do so or at least that's the story. Until the new owners take over control I don't see that change happening. So next year maybe.

What's the story with the "New Owner"? Who is it, and when are they supposed to take over? I've heard so many rumors, does anyone have the actual facts?

I've heard "new ownership" rumors of Vail Resorts and Mammoth so I wonder if either of those is happening
