    Photo Update from PLS Photography

    http://www.plsphotography.com/browse

PLS Photography was the official photographer of OTH #1 last night. Mike and I are working on the pictures today and hope to have them all posted sometime on Thursday. We covered several areas of the course so hopefully we got most of you. Be sure to check out the PLSPhotography facebook page for updates.

It was a great event...good meeting old and new friends. The course was good except we didn't get to hit none of the table tops that was so talked about on Instagram and the board curve....sucks. The course was super dusty, fun and all except the first climb (everybody was walking up it) was good and fast. Can't wait for next week.

Since I was out trying to race I was not able to take some photos but my Wife Mrs. 52% of Fullerton Bikes was able get a few photos.. I can't get over how many people were out at the race I was looking to see if anyone had a good shot from the race showing the sea of riders in staging. OTH has been a great event and we are all very lucky to have such a great event in our back yard..

3 of the fastest coolest guys I know! #blessed

I may be opening a can of worms...

What did everyone think of the course?
(Thumbs up? The bottlenecK? Trail conditions?)

Do you feel as though you have improved from last year to this?
    (Fongster really stepped-up his game)

Did your competitors step-up their games?
(same people you competed against last year- just faster)

Any changes you would like to see in the weeks to come?

    Do tell!

Wow, Tony... You really captured the pain I was feeling at that moment!

Dino... The course needs more quality bell ringing! Loved the tables/jumps, and I hear the new berms were a blast. The snow fence on the hill needs to die a horrible, horrible death. (From what I heard it's not the organizers' doing, but still...) I thought pedaling that hill was miserable until I was forced to walk it. At least with the walking, everyone is going pretty much the same speed, but I'd rather ride it.

Thanks for posting Preludedriven, this really showed me what the course was like. Looks fun! I see what the "bottleneck" was...and it sure looked like a dusty ride.

It appears there are two courses, marked by yellow or orange signs?
Which class were you riding in?
Good video...which camera are you using?

    Thanks again for posting :)

NP Glad it helped! I usually watch these during my trainer sessions. :)

Yup that bottleneck was pretty bad but I understand why the orange fence had to happen. Hope they find a way to work around it in the future.

Yellow signs indicate the beginner route and red/orange indicates sport +. I raced B34 and camera is the Hero3 Silver. Thanks!
