were the bridge use to be while back. well me and friend nick decided to put it back in for those who lose there line and end up in that direction so you can go off to the right now, we missed judged on how big the gap was so the bridge is a little small but fits good inless your going 40 in that section. ill try and get back up there tomorrow and take pics8-[
where is this bridge location at and did you inform the rangers that you were going to be doing this?
Why was that bridge removed I wonder. It seem like the safer direction for some people. Maybe a horse slipped on it and fell.:?: I think we need no horse signs on that trail.
I rode Oaks a couple weeks ago and there are some newly installed signs that state "not recommended for horses" on certain trails. I know Goat was one of them, but not sure about Zips.
it was there after the fire but someone took it out but it seems to be another line down if you dab or something its there now and hopefully it stays or gets improved. we tried it out and it works.
You might want to do a courtesy check with the Rangers on your bridge. They may have removed it intentionally for some purpose, possibly to eliminate a braided line. Just give them a call and find out if it is ok with them to have your bridge there. Just some thoughts
Oh yes how could I forget that, they should have said "Rock Hunking Required"....that makes about as much sense
