Hey....there's nothing wrong with big ears Daisy-May....my OC Pound rescue and worlds greatest trail dog. Yes shes a Pit....with satellite dishes on her head.
The day we found Austin at the pound. Four months later and he already needed both hips replaced He wasn't even a year old at this point. Thank god we got pet insurance for him, otherwise we would be in the poor house. Three months after surgery and back to normal (almost). The day we brought Abby home from the pound. Although she was shy at first, she got settled in rather quickly. If anyone is looking for pet insurance for their animals I highly recommend Embrace Pet Insurance. They paid for Austin's surgery in full after only two months of signing up. Plus they're the only insurance company I was able to find that covers heredity problems.
Okay Dino... Here are a few of your godchild, Zeke. As a puppy and fullgrown...can you believe that I got this guy through a rescue??!!
Thanks for the advice on pet insurance. I need to switch mine. VPI sucks ASS. I had an emergency 1100 dollar bill, and they covered only 355 of it. And it wasn't hereditary. Weak!
Here are my two dogs. The pug's name is Candy and the shih tzu's name is Ziggy. I know, not the most manly dogs in the world but what are you gonna do? :?:
Man, with all the boxers and dog beach pics on here, mine'll just blend in lol Here's Max. He's a little over 3 years old i think. Boxer/Lab mix is what i was told when i got him from the Humane Society. He's an awesome dog... really friendly and playful. Great hiking dog too. I've had him about year now, and he's the best thing that has happened to me.
That is weak. Out of a $6,000 bill we had to cover $600 which was our coinsurance. They actually denied our claim the first time we submitted it because the Vet Tech screwed up on the paperwork. She noted in the chart that the problem first arose 2 months prior to going in (which was before we signed up for the policy, so they said it was preexisting, so no coverage) but in fact it was only 2 weeks. So we called the insurance company and the vet and had her issue a statement saying she made a mistake and all was good. Now it's almost time to do the second hip. Hopefully there are no issues, especially after I recommended them .
my dog here's my dog goes to races with me and knows how to cut switch and find his own water coolest dog ever
This is my son shaggy, I call him Gaggy. He goes to work with me everyday. He runs like a Greyhound and has a nasty Michael Jordan vertical leap. He's a Bichon Frisé sporting his Summer look.
MaltaBecherian My Maltese/Bichon mix trail dog. He hikes alot, in fact he has climbed all the way up to the top of Mt. Baldy. He loves the PCT! He does uphil XC rides and just bagged the + 5,000' Mt Lukins peak this week...Thanks for the pics Kanga! He has trouble keeping up on the real fast down hills so that's when the messenger bag comes in handy... He also fits under airplane seats and easily sneaks into hotels and casinos. He's definetly coyote, hawk, owl bait, etc. I keep him close by and keep an eye out for the hawks especially when we're out in the open and at higher altitudes!
here's my hounds. I had to put the one on the right down about a year ago and still miss her every day. She was 90 pounds of super fun and super goofy dog. We got her out of a box of pups up in Big Bear. The one on the left is now pushing 14 years old. She is hands down one smart dog. No goofing off for her, she was all business and on the clock 24-7. She's retired now and sleeps a lot.
