temp room for rent in upland

My lease ends in march, But i am trying to buy a house so I am renting out my extra room for $400 per month until escrow closes and i can move out. They say escrow is suppose to close in 30 days so the room would be for only 2 months, till end of April maybe longer depending on what happens. seems kinda short term but maybe someone just needs a place to park to get a different living situation.

I am close to marshall and claremont wilderness park, I ride to but not to crazy.

i will include internet and basic cable. rent is $400 i was renting for $600 but this will be on a month to month basis so i reduced the rent. security deposit of $400, please only one person only, available end of feb

 

I have a friend that needs a place for a while. There will be a lot of gentleman visitors. No questions asked.
