Neat pics. Anyone have stats on the ride? Milage, elevation gain, time ridden?

Mileage 12 miles 2000ft of elevation gain and 1 hour and 40 minutes of pedaling time . In the first 6.5 miles I think we did 1400ft of climbing .

Called the insurance company regarding lung transplants... no deal.. If anyone locates my dragging butt out on the trail, I'll pay for shipping to get it back to Oceanside...that would be 92056 zip code.

I tried to lure any mountain lion within 20 miles to just take me down. Then I figured the heart might just give out...

When Pharoh went down, I was hoping my butt would catch up and I was praying for a third lung. I had considered turning my water pak into a third lung.

Lucky by then it was all down hill gravy.

You guys were very cool...thanks for being patient.

This was a little personal victory for me...

Pharoh, bummer.... should have had video going..

Too bad you had to cut the ride short afyr1, but this was a ride that you definitely needed all your lung capacity. :) Hope to see you on the next one.

That is a fun, scenic trail network down there. The weather couldn't have been nicer and a cool group to ride with. Nice job putting this together, Proxy. Sorry about the nudge Pharoh....didn't realize you were on me. Healing vibes to you. Catch you all on the next one.

Pharoh, so you are saying my butt was in front of me? Damn butt checked out early and started heading back to the winery with out me... and it didn't even have a map.

You and Pablomatic were very cool with each other over the incident, speaks volumes.

Tough to just let go and fly down unknown territory, I swear fire roads tend to be more dangerous than single track sometimes due to the rogue washout zone or high speed zone covered in loose sand/gravel...

My Mom woke me up one time, and she was beating me with my own cast that I had removed from my wrist. I was tired of the itching so I cut it off...fell asleep..Mom gets home from work and goes bannanas.... casts are hard, and back in the day they were heavy too..

    Heal fast...

Thanks again everyone for a great time.

Contact lists and re-finished panoramas were sent out via email. If you didn't receive one, than I likely botched your email so shoot me a PM with correct contact info.

Special thanks to Flycaster for shooting and thinking of the Pano!

I don't want to hear anyone bitch'n about the elevation gain.....until you haul my kids arounds. It adds a whole new aspect to climbing. This was the first group ride I've ever trailered, Thanks for waiting at some of the intersections.

Very cool ride. My boy was still mad last nite that he didn't get to bring rocks home from the top of the mountian

You get my vote for Ironman for hauling those kids around. As much pain we had to endure to make it to the top I am sure your kids had as much fun getting bounced around in there.
