Ride Report Taco Tuesday 2010

I was rather apprehensive when I saw 58 rsvp for the ride 30 minutes before roll time. We rode, we laughed and we had a blast. Someone counted 70 riders, we had 1 mankini, rabbit holes, elevator and tacos. The ride was finalized with smack talk.I will let the pics say the rest.

What a great ride! Thanks Dusty for setting it all up. This is one venue I will have to make sure I hit again!

 

Next week is the all uphill ride! Should thin the heard a bit!

 

Very nice had a great time. Good to see some of the old faces again. The taco line was long so we went to Wise Guys Pizza...very good.

Awesome ride. I'm afraid to go to sleep for fear of mankini nightmares though. Can't wait for the hill climbing next week...just don't be surprised if I need an airlift out.

This was my first big group ride, and I would just like to say thanks, I had a great time. Met some kool folks, looking forward to doing many more rides with ya all.

As far as "MANKINI", well, he was like a bad car accident, you don't want to look, but you just can't help yourself...:lol:

 

This was my first STR ride and it was a BLAST!!! Fun ride, good people and tacos (and beer) = great day. Thanks everyone!!!!

I love the way the guy in the blue shirt is shielding his eyes from Borat! too funny...

 

Haha... ok, next time I'll follow the directions. Still, it was worth the haul just to munch tacos with so many nice people. Thanks for being so welcoming!

Kyle I think you and I(green shirt) were the only ones to see the guy(Steve) crash on Elevator....that was some talent

 

The only thing better than watching people's faces as they realize that we were a group of 50 rolling by is to see their reaction to a guy in a mankini.

for me the coolest moment was watching the huge amount of riders cross the wash area at end of ride. was like a swarm of bees coming out of a nest after you were dumb enough to join the ride, err i mean hit it with a stick

Gabe was in full force in trail selection and post ride smacktalk / shenanigans (sp?).

Think ride should have been posted as "the ride you DO want to miss. Timmy certainly gave borat a run for him money..while making most all throw up a little in our mouths. and he was riding his rigid, err bike to boot

so many peeps post ride nuttiness was held in "containment" via multiple tables and breakup among tacos and pizza...wish i could have joined in with all

thanks to all who joined in. great seeing all the old faces i have missed for ~6 months and so many new faces...which i had the chance to meet everyone.
