    Lee,
I will be back there with you, and I crashed at Laguna Canyon yesterday way harder than you did on the Loop, I may be sore Sunday but we will be there.

After WLC we need a return of the Mayor and a post ride feast at Coach's.

Thanks everyone for the great turn out Sunday. Looks like Vincent and Jake had a good time. Tandem thank you for sweeping and the great pictures. See you all on the trails.

There's another Lee around here? There goes the neighborhood! Welcome!

Just an FYI, if you introduce yourself to someone on the Fully Loop and they start cussing at you...well...maybe it's not meant for you. :)

Noticed this was your first ride in a while longboarderj (from your blog), I have not ridden this hard in over 10 -15 years. I used to ride BMX short courses in my teens but its been so long my legs are not what they used to be. I am going to try to pick up the pace so Arnel, or the whomever is the next sweeper, does not have to keep slowing down, lol.

I think its more important to work on leg endurance than cardio, but its a close second. What do you all think?

I am going to try not to puke, or crash since I did that Monday. I rode Crystal Cove yesterday and felt pretty good. I feel like the more I ride the more I work on both Cardio and leg endurance, I seem like I am stronger with each ride.

Lee, for me, it's a combination of both leg endurance and cardio. You have to be able to balance both of those. And don't worry about picking up the pace. Ride your own pace. If you get faster, then you can try to hug JSD's rear wheel (good luck with that :)). The Sunday rides at the Loop will always be newbie friendly, and I mean newbie in the true sense of the word. Last newbie ride we did at Turnbull, I was beginning to think that STR was short for Sandbagging Trail Riders

that's all there is to be a better and stronger rider...more saddle time!

I want to make it out this Sunday for the first time with my brand new spankin bike, but I was wondering about how long the ride is, I thought I read it somewhere but cannot seem to find it. Thank you!

Well, as long as it's not like riding with a bunch of Ned Flanders, I think I'll be ok.

Are you pulling the house excuse again? Hello . . . Rwanda. Have some new conditioner for your hair?

You know, my bike looks awfully sad in the corner of my room. And given my current level of (un)conditioning, the Sunday Fully ride is probably right about my level. 8-[

See you in the morning!
