it opens into a quicktime video display so that may be the problem.. try right click, save target as if you have windows.. have you never ridden luge? you would love it, nice fast tight dh with some chunky rock sections and exposure

Why do you think I'm taking the squishy bike instead of the SS .... for comfort in my old age!

Has anyone checked out the parking situation at Cooks? I've heard they blocked off the back part of their lot.

I can't wait to start night riding this again.

It would be interesting if someone filmed it in its current state and ran the two videos side by side.

Yes, they have, parking is less than half now.

That's why I'm suggesting as many peeps as possible ride from home. Or park on the street by Oakley or at Saddleback church.

Having never ridden STT or the Luge, I spent some time studying the GeoLadders profile. Seems like a short, fun & popular route.

I'm assuming that we'll finish this in time to negate any need to bring lights?

We will probably be at the flag for some time and have some beverages. It is after day light savings so it get dark by earlier than it does now, but I think we'll be down before it gets dark. I'm sure there will be some night riders.

have fun on the ride all!

I'll more than likely be hitting it on the tuesday morning, unfortunately I have class all day on mondays.

I've been waiting for this trail to open. I think I remember the luge best as my first otb to off the trail crash.

I just want to verify something...

According to the Warriors Society E-mails, the Forest is scheduled to open on Nov. 9th. Which is a Sunday.

    http://www.warriorssociety.org/voices/?p=209

Are you just scheduling this ride on the 10th because you want to? Or has the original Nov. 9th date been moved.

I'd love to do this ride Sunday, but only if it's OPEN, obviously.
