    It happened today from about 6:00 - 6:15. The site was unresponsive - all other Internet sites seemed fine. Next time I will run a trace.

    I checked in at 6:30 and the site was fine.

    Tried to post to a social page this morning around 8am. Got the spinning (busy) icon for almost half an hour. Can't stop it with the 'stop' button. Can't refresh with that button, so I just let it spin for quite a while. Other sites work fine during that time (I always browse in multiple windows). Finally went back through my bookmark and the post was there. Been doing similar things during morning hours for several days lately. I'm 'sequestered' from the internet during daytime (work) hours, but it works fine for me in the evening.

    usually happens to me around 6:30 in the morning, and pretty much only then. didn't notice it today though...

    I have never really noticed an issue and I access the site at all different hours due to travel. I even accessed the site yesterday during those times and no problems. Plus sometimes I am accessing the site at those times from 1000s of miles away or even half way around the world.

    Simple solution: if the connection is bad for you at that specific time, and you know it will be bad at that specific time...just go do something else during that time.

    STR will be there when you get back, I promise.










    And yes, this is somewhat tongue-in-cheek. Just in case any of the computer savvy ilk on here take offense.

    It happened to me today at 2:20 PM. I was trying to send a PM to someone to let him know that tonight's ride time has changed. It took me 30 minutes to send that damn message. Annoying as hell. Someone is getting hosed on the hosting.

    Ooops STR was not here, there, or anywhere when I got back (~ 2:40 PM).

    I'll keep the morning slot while my coffee is still warm.

    (The real annoyance is to have a long RR with pics disappear into the void)

    No STR from 2:30pm -2:50pm!

    NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED!!! :protest:
    Early morning.. Afternoon... Evening... Late evening...
    Some delays are a minute or so... Others are 20+ minutes!

    Away from Home: Verizon
    Windows 7 + Windows XP

    Abui: With regard to the disappearing page, have you tried clicking the back arrow / previous page button (it has saved me on more than one occasion)

    (but yes, around 10am... for an HOUR it goes down. Check the chat box for activity lulls in that period of time - youll see a pattern)
