I'm going to be needing a few smaller things for my DJ build if anyone's got them lying around.

stem (50mm, OS bars preferred, black or white)
bars (26"ish, OS preferred, black or white)
flat pedals (just want strong for DJing)
SS cog/spacer kit, 15-16T
some fast rolling knobby tires (SB8 2.35 would be sweet)

I don't have a lot to sell though. got some spare tires, low-end derailleurs etc, a bent XT crankset, and some bent pedals :lol:

 

I'd like to come to your swap meet. I need some stuff but also have stuff to sell. Is the date final and where is it going to be? Thanks.

was just thinking about this, mostly because i was just going to head down to ride a couple laps. Some people were coming from far away just to unload some stuff or pick something up. :?:

 

I am in Long Beach and the air quality is terrible, it is raining ash. I can't imagine how bad it is/will be at the loop.

 

so...who wants/thinks we should postpone? :?:

 

I'm sure the swapmeet will still be a go but I doubt very many people will ride.

 

I was thinking the same Craig. It should be fine without physical activity.

 

Pretty nasty in Fullerton this afternoon (a mile from the Courthouse). Got lucky earlier, but the winds changed direction and smoke and ash have descended on this whole area.

Tomorrow could bring much better fortunes, just need the wind to play nice and/ or the fire crews to get a handle on this thing.

I have everything ready to go. I hope the marathon in Pasadena doesn't cause problems. The route goes down my normal path to the freeway. I will check this thread to see if the venue changes. I hope the event still happens as I have a lot of stuff I need to sell.

Hope enough "vendors" show up. Its a 62 mile drive out from Simi.

 

Ouch, that's a long drive.. I think the best idea like someone else said is to maybe have one today for whoever is already on their way and some others and then have another one in a week or two :?:
