    I have a friend that can silkscreen t-shirts, don't know if he can do jerseys. If i can get the logo design I can have him give it a try. He also has a vinyl die cutter, so I can have him make some decals too.

    I was the guy who set this up, and it was a huge PITA. some people didn't pay, some didn't pick them up for an incredibly long time after, some people didn't like the font etc

    If I had to do it again
    1. add shipping cost and make it mandatory
    2. only pick one style of Jersey
    3. probably don't put customized names on
    4. you will definitely need some sort of online store, it would have been a nightmare to track everything by hand
    5. expect the price to be $80-100 per jersey

    Voler has a way to order team jerseys where they manage it. There is a pre-order that each person does online and then the jerseys are made and shipped to each person so you don't have to have someone deal with the whole thing. I've done it twice and it was great. Plus they are made in CA!
