I agree Andy, especially when it comes to mt bikes, espically now. You are not going to see major improvements that you couldn't get on another bike if that's what's going to sway your decision. Ride On!

    Enjoy!

I'd like to thank all of you for guiding me to the Path...i dropped some hard earned money there yesterday. I upgraded from my 02 Specialized S-Work FSR xc to an Ellsworth Epi, man the difference in ride quality is night and day. The discount on the frame was so great I got my CFO (wife) to approve the purchase. Ended up having to get a few more things as not all the parts can be xferred over from the FSR to the new frame. Can't wait the folks there should have it ready by Wednesday I'm hoping and praying.

But big props to the crew over there, for the BBQ and the sale.

no no i didnt spend nearly as much...2900 as i had a good wheelset moved over, and brakes...the rest front revelation shock, frt xt deral, xt cranks w/ bb, thompson seat post and stem and monkey lite bar. not bad as their sale really helped ease the pain.

All in all it sounds like this event was a success all the way around. The Path made some $$ and it seems like most of STR benefitted not only with the deals but in a great day enjoying the Ca sunshine, BBQ and good friends.

What more can you ask for....

I meant all the people for STR as a whole. When you informed everyone about your nice frame and other stuff the over/under jumped from 6000 to 8000.

Nice Bike! Congrats on the purchase, I'm sure you're gonna be very happy with it. I got to demo one last year and I thought it was an exceptional XC bike. Light, fast, and agile. Pricey though.

I knew the number of days until we'd see you on a singlespeed are numbered.

Now once you're used to that, it'll be awhile until we see you on a squishy.

Yeah but I was due for a vacation so I had to get away and go camping. I'm pretty refreshed now and ready to start riding again. OH... and my birthday is next week!

I am still taking the over at $8g's cause I dropped quite a bit on some new juicy 5's, a set of Hone cranks, couple of tires and a full tune up.
