I am so looking forward to the new saddle!

    Time to ride!

    PS-For the crockpot I like:
Well seasoned country style pork ribs, browned on the BBQ and then crock potted with a ½ onion, some fresh garlic and a can of Herdez green chile salsa.

Food is NOT just for Xmas!

Oh yeah! I LOVE to cook and eat what I cook. In fact, I COULD be a VERY fat man, but thanks to mtbiking, I keep a svelt 180 lbs on my skinny frame. With a better bike, I could hit 170! Maybe I need a Mojo!

The cooker is a Kamado (www.kamado.com). Not just a BBQ, but a ceramic cooker with remarkable results on everything. The KAMADO is the XTR of home cookers!

Whats cooking in your BBQ today?!??!??!

Appleton Estate is goooood stuff.

We took a Jamaican vacation years ago and after having Appleton over there the wife won't drink any other rum. Back then we had to bring the bottles with us on the return flight. Now, you can buy it everywhere!

Little late to the game, but..

Mom got me a swiss army knife with a memory stick, an I heart bikes shirt (I need to exchange for bigger size, though), Chipotle bike jersey, bluetooth headset, money from dad, REI gift card, Bourne Ultimatum, Jim Gaffigan, DVD, Earthed 5.

I ended up getting PI wool arm warmers and DeFeet Woolie Boolie socks at the Path on 12/27, so maybe that counts? :)

To tell the truth, I'm about done with Christmas. I think we all spend way to much time and energy giving away stuff that most of us don't want or need. That being said I racked up a bunch of stuff again. I don't ask for it, but I sure do get it...
    Garmin GPS for the car
    42" Plasma TV (I don't watch TV)
Carribean Cruise 8 days (I got to give up riding for 8 days?)
    Crossmax Wheelset
Wool shirts from Jones (top shelf stuff)
    Wool tights (again Jones stuff)
    RAGRAI jersey
    TriNewt (from myself)
    Dress shirts
    Socks
    Shorts

Believe me I'm not an ingrate, as kids we went many years with only one or two gifts each, but I remember those days fondly, and I'm convinced you don't need to give gifts to make this holiday special.
