new Slayer single released on 6/6/06 entitled Cult. Dave Lombardo is back on the double bass skins. Booyaa!!! Although I don't agree with the message, it's nice to hear some speedy Slayer with Dave Lombardo again.

I got it off of iTunes...

And yes, Dave Lombardo still kicks ass. You will be seeing them in Long Beach in July won't you?

I want to, but I don't have anybody to go with. I don't exactly fit in with the typical Slayer crowd, and would feel a lot more comfortable with a friend there. Skinheads brawling isn't really my thing.

I've got a buddy who I've been to Motley Crue (twice last year) and Judas Priest with, but he won't commit.

I may have already spent our summer concert budget on Roger Waters tickets.

edit - Yeah, I got it off of iTunes tonight, along with a few 1990-ish punk band songs. iTunes is cool, but you have to burn the music to a CD and then rip the CD in order to get .MP3's. Apple is so dumb. :)

I was never a big fan of Slayer. But, I *do* like metal. Strapping Young Lad is one of my current favorites and they've got a new album coming out in July. I also like Opeth a lot. Killer.
