I saw you crash. As you rode away i noticed the helmet cam, I was hoping i would get to see the footage.

You looked fast through the lower rock section.

I have a picture of you just before you went down but it wont be online till later. Its taking forever to upload everything

 

sweet. yea i was super bummed. i felt really good. this is only my first week riding that bike and i loved it. but oh well. live to ride again in 2 weeks haha.

Great shot! That is my son taking that header! Knocked the wind out of him, took him a while to get up! He was a little sore afterward, but by the time we got home, he was 100% and ready for race #3. :bang:

 

Really NICE !! That turned out great saw a bunch of our STR guys and girls in there. Willem was the one sportin my Gumby ....
You guys need to show Willem and his East coast crew some of our local DH while they're out here .

Sharky your banned….. we need to have a exorcism on you, your voodoo demons are tearing us up. It only took two seconds, after hearing her yell at me and I caught a rock jumping the rocks after where she was taking pics and went flying off the side, I couldn’t get the bike stopped and had to dump it before a cluster of rocks, not sure how far I went down, my heart rate and breathing where maxed running back up, the spectators where supper cool yelling and clapping, I kept looking up the course for the next rider to come through, one guy said no one coming go and I was gone, I was spent after that and pretty bummed because I really liked this course, still trying to control my breathing when I started to here people yelling, he’s coming near the lower rock section looked back and could see him, some how I put some distance back on him during the wall.
That was the best course SRC has done besides the way we hit the saddle, I pinned the top section pretty good for me, unclipped once, but got wright back in, ended up 20th of 21 with a 3:21 not to bad with my crash.

I heard that Chuck aka HappyGilmore went down in practice with a rib injury. Any update on him?? Chuck, how ya doin??

It's always nice when people confess to stealing on a public forum.

Just so you all know, some of us actually do this for a living. When you illegally copy our images, you are taking away our ability to make a living (feed ourselves, pay rent, buy bike parts, gas, etc...).

Most of us don't make much from covering these races. We do it because we love the sport and want to give you something keep from the day.

If you want free images, there are plenty of people shooting and posting their images for free.

Sorry for the rant, but I've been dealing with people stealing my images for 15+ years. It gets old after awhile.

ps. If I post a pic of you in a forum or in my albums, you may use that image.
