Ordering a new rear cassette for my Fisher. Getting the XT rear cassette, only question is Which tooth count should i get 32 or 34? Not sure what number i currently have, im at the office, will count when i get home later. Is one preferred over the other?

    Thanks

Unless you are a hardcore climber, you should go with the 34 tooth. If you believe that you can handle steep climbs with a harder to pedal gear, go for the 32 tooth.

yes, a 32 tooth 8 speed XT cassesette. Plus the 40 tooth on the front makes for a climbing machine!
