Dirt Jumps Sheep Hills Anyone????? 10/29

I dont have work tomorrow. So i was wondering if anyone will be interested in some jumping at the Sheep Hills in Costa Mesa. I will be there there around 4:30-5 and will hangout til the sun set.

Location is off the 405 freeway on Brookhurst (South) heading towards the beach, and Hamilton,street before PCH, on the left. Park behind the gas station. Cross the bridge and the second entrance to the right. Down the dirt road and make a right on the first opening.

what condition were the trails at Sheep Hills? I have not been there in a long time and wondered if the jumps were kept up currently? I would assume things may not be real groomed with no measurable rain in so long.

Digging season is coming.

 

thinking of hitting Sheep Hills Monday 11/10... Anyone would like to join me tomorrow??? either hit it up in the morning or in the afternoon. Let me know what time and i may arrange that.

 

no bike yet. gonna order my wheels tomorrow, pick up brakes friday or so, and the cranks should be getting here soon too. from there I'll be good to go.

 

could always give your big bike a try. i did, and it works fine. just takes a little bit more pedaling.

 

meh...give me until next week and I'll come out. I don't have fun on jumps with FS bikes

 

Are you off on weekdays for the OC rides. I have never rode the OC, just moved from Colorado. I ride in Riverside and LA county jut at the Whittier loop.

 

since i work in retails i off on random days but i can let you know what days im free to show you the place. Found out of another hidden DJ area if you are interested.

 

ha, so all the Xc buddies at work bailed on tonights ride. So i left a at 3:30 hurried home replaced the enduro with the DJ and rode till after dark. Ah I feel better now.
