server upgrade

I asked the host to upgrade our server again to better handle the increasing action we've been getting. Not sure if there will be any downtime during the upgrade.

Sure it'll be twice as expensive but hopefully will solve the slowdown's around the middle of the weekdays when it's been slow and occasionally going down. Will post updates and a possible fundraiser here.

How about a new, more colorful, xc jersey that can be used on the road? Btw, the current xc jerseys are Hot Shoppe's "Roadie - MTB" style. (http://www.hotshoppedesigns.com/)

Server move will happen sometime in the next few hours. They expect somewhere around 10 minutes for downtime.

Upgrade done. Now everyone can kill their time 123% more efficiently while on STR.

 

George, I noticed the pages loads way faster at my work now. Sometimes when I click on a link, it'll think for 2-3 seconds, but since 2pm, it's been instantaneous.
