semi-annual swapmeet anyone?

I have been on this forum for two years, mostly buying, some selling, some lurking. I was wondering why the Str swapmeet only takes place once a year and is always within a month of christmas. I'm generally broke durring that time of year and when I do have money and parts(now) the swapmeet is 8 months away. Can we go semi-annual with it? I hope there are other str members that feel the same way. What's your guys' outlook on this? Maybe we can keep it annual but move the date? Thanks
