shuttle? wthunk is that... i seriously have a hard time breathing at elevation for the first 15-20 minutes into a ride. after that its all good...

you wouldn't like riding around brianhead, i think we were cruising around 8-9k ft elevation :bang:

I would be in for this if its an afternoon kinda thing. Morning would be very hard for many of us to get up the mountain in time and not all of us can afford to spend nights up there in hotels. If this was a noon or so ride I think it would be much more friendly to the masses. Just my 2 cents.

jordan, early start would be so if there are any mechanicals/issues we can still finish the ride with daylight. the first time i rode sart, i went to bed at 1am and woke up at 4:30am... we all got to the parking lot atound 7:45 and left shortly after... its possible, you just have to want to ride... i would suggest that any late starters can meet us up at South Fork, but you will have to arrange a ride back to your cars. you will also only be doing half of the ride unless you do an out and back from south fork.

jox2, no shuttle... we will ride from the post office up to the extra credit loop and head back onto the main SART trail. we will hit the Glass Rd. intersection and most likely take a break there. from there we go to South Fork campground, this will be the halfway point of the ride. from there we had all the way back to middle control road, there will be a 3 mile fireroad climb back to the cars.

I think the want is there for me and many. Having not done SART I was just thinking its 24 miles and thats not an all day ride typically. Unless you guys are planning on riding down 24 miles and then back up 24 miles maybe? Just curious because I dont know :)
