Rode SART today...or walked it. Took awhile. Trees are down everywhere. Made it hard to even get any momentum going. Kept having to stop and carry my bike around all of the down trees. A few areas of trail were washed away, and some ice/snow but not much. Talked to the rangers at the station and they already have a crew that is going to get started cleaning up the messes that were caused from those hard winds and the winter in general. They are not sure when they will get started, but it is on there list.

Wow - not alot of snow :?: Sure looked like alot when we (nam & I) were up there Sat afternoon.

Maybe the last 2 warm days are gonna make SART more doable in the near future....
I know a few (20 or so) people are really looking forward to getting up there soon.

    Thanks for the update!

Wish I had had one with me. Lifted a lot of the smaller trees off of the trail and then realized I was making no progress at all. There were only a couple of snow/ice patches left.

You ride full rigid as is. Just replace that front 29er wheel with the massive circular saw you see in the back of the home depots.
