Fun ride today everyone kicked butt today. Spooky even rocked after the carnage. I was a little worried when he booked down the last technical section with his leg all torn up. I thought he might be dizzy faint.
Willie rocks the Bs like she owns them. She was showing off doing wheelies up the first B and did a back flip from what I hear. I missed it.
Rockinthecasbah was ripping up the jumps I think we should have been hitting the road gap. I think next time I will hit the road gap today I just wasn't feeling it. Roadkillross was doing great even with some mechanical issues.

The save of the day goes to Steven.
    That was great

Bike breakage of the day goes to Hugh. I got to see the fork He is really lucky he noticed that. It was sure to be a face plant in the making.

Check out Rob's Great bottle openers cut using a water jet and using bike chain links to make a handle . Great gift Idea for anyone who rides and opens bottles.

Purple ,Pink, white and silver. check them out. Willie has one if you want to see what they look like.

I hope to do it again soon .
See you all at the swap meet.

That was how I caught up to her on the first B. Looped it right in front of me. Everyone was yelling "camera! anyone got a camera!":D

Then on the way down the chutes Brian takes his second spill right in front of me!#-o

I patched you up spookydave , I dont know why I didnt get a picture first .my bad .Iv been teaching the kid I was with about being a mountain biker , allways helping others etc . Its just part of being a mountain biker .I added some more supplies that I realizes I needed & didnt have . I hope to not have to use them but its good to be prepared . Im glad it worked out okay , It could have been way worse

Yea we will hit the road gap for sure its not like it was that big its just intemidating when theyres 30 people waiting for someone to jump it I'll bring my full face next time so I'll feel a little safer anyways it was a fun ride, and even though I only rode that chumba in a circle it was an awsome bike.

Dang, I had to bail early before really saying hi to many folks, and look at all the excitement I missed. Got to talk some with Mr. Spookydave on the way up (heal up!), but my 4runner's O2 sensor has been asking for attention, and I had to oblige, so I headed out solo after the initial huckage. While driving around testing the sensor I saw a cartopped red 7point headed up Santiago Canyon, looked like one of the folks I didn't meet. Hopefully I'll get a chance to stick around next time.

sure looks like you all had a great time...sorry I couldn't make it at that time. I did make it to the oaks later along with Weir canyon and Peters. Saw some guy coming up chutes who turned around to go down...with no helmet!!:?: He said "it's ok, I've been riding skate parks since the 80s". Not sure what he meant by that, but the STR crew did a great job in the ride. Way to go Willie! Those B's aren't an easy task! (as seen by all those walking behind you#-o)

all of the sudden I want a 7 point...

that road gap looks fun- I'm almost 100% sure I'll crash. Maybe when the Demo 8 is in my possession...

there should be another ride at Oaks, only this time everyone must have a bike with at least 6'' of travel and everyone does the road gap! there will be good times for sure and lots of pushing...:bang: haha although it could also be a terrible idea.

oh nooo I got quoted.. Hey that 7point comment was all sarcasm!

Unless its a Sunday WC I'll never own an IH!!!
