So me, Bryan and Phil, Bryguy17 and DownhillPhil, as well as Marshall, StrayBullit, And matt13, hit up that special DH trail.
At first it was a good day.
props to Matt for doing all the jumps and stuff, especially for his first time ever riding DH/FR!
Well, the day was going well until we went to the play area.
Phil's rear brake was squeaking really bad the past couple runs, and he was looking at what the problem was when we reached the play area. WTF! he said... He had Snapped the chainstay on his brand new EllSworth :-k
No more than 2 minutes later, One of the other guys in the group ha broken his wrist in a washout after a jump.
    #-o
Nontheless, i think it was a fun day.

    Sorry No pics or video

yeah. all was pretty awesome until we got to the play area. then it was wayyyy too many things breaking for my taste.

sucks about Phil's ellsworth. I kinda felt bad after giving him crap about it before the 1st run when it actually broke. silly Smellsworth... Hope the path was able to get him a new seatstay. wasn't looking promising when I left there #-o

also, major suckage to the guy who broke his wrist. it did not look good. healing vibes to him. hopefully it wasn't too bad.

other than that, good riding. nice meeting all you guys that I havn't met yet, and special thanks to the shuttle drivers. we gotta do one of these massive shuttle rides again.

It wasnt an Incycle Guy, it was a guy that was here with Bob Burnes from Division 26 i believe.
Although, he was a tall guy, if that helps anyone remember his name?
He was with our group, i just didndt catch hisname

    No worries, anyone is welcome.
Oh, and Thanks to Sharky for the benches, They helped when we needed to rest and gave a place for the injured to rest on.

I'll let you know when we plan on going again.

as far as i know, there are two bob burns. one spelled "Burnes" and one spelled "Burns". The Bob that runs D26 is "Burns".

I still am wondering who got injured.

ahhh. he was riding more with the incycle guys, so I just figured he was with them :?: no matter what, hope he gets better soon...

of course not. I may be flying down the trail, but I'll usually take the time to give pointers if you ask for them  #1 tip: stop braking

indeed. benches are nice. still surprised they aren't ghetto rigged ladder jumps yet, but good stuff. I'm in for the next shuttle ride. hopefully we can ride for longer and just do a crapload of runs.

Nope, the injured rider is not an Incycle rider. I saw the guy as I was leaving, didn't recognize him, but he was with Burns from D26. Hope he heals up soon.
