Did you hit up the Big Super Secret Step up near by....its even bigger....

 

We came late in the day and the lip needed to be cleaned up, someone had dumped some trash on it ...

When are you planning to come back to that location? If you are tired of that, you can drive a very very short distance for some sweet djing.

 

Yeah I know its right at sheep, I have been to sheep but this was my first time at the step's , I just ordered some taller bars and new pedals for my dj bike so i will be bring it out soon

yeah it works fine for both. just a little rough on the landing.

Looks like they've been cleaned up since I was there last.
Have the rangers given you a hard time yet? I have been told numerous times not to ride that particular spot and last I remember there are signs. I would never tell you not to ride there, but I would tell you to look around for the ranger before you ride in that gully.

 

No signs from the bike trail side anymore, and I saw a few different park people and a cop cruise the park and no body said anything, maybe they are just going to leave it alone like sheep

 

I was riding there today on my dirt jump bike. I apologize because I cased that step up landing a couple of times before getting it down. I was mainly there practicing on some of the smaller double sets (all in pretty raunchy conditions) elsewhere in the park.

 

the little step up coming back towards the bike trail is way fun too, dont worry about casing that jump it is in need of some cleaning up

 

I didn't have time to drive down from sheep. Overcast kept down the dust at the jumps. next time i will drop by the step up.

 

Oh man- did you blow your back tire? Some of those rocks coming out are pretty brutal.

 

Cool, glad to see that the line is clear again. It was a little cluttered that last time I was there.
