Dirt Jumps Roll Call The Bowl needs you

The land owner will be calling me tomorrow. I will be getting confirmation on the development of the track and or jumps on the land. Just to make sure everything remains built after all the work.

That's what I will be doing. After that i might be heading down to the jumps.

pump track or BMX track? one is definitely easier than the other...

 

Call it what you want its dirt that we can ride on.

The owner of the property only knows what a BMX bike is.:?:

He wouldn't know dirt jumps from a pump track or a bmx track or bmx style jumps.

The goal here is to confirm that he is not going to freak out.
He said it was ok 5 months ago but out of respect I need to stay in contact with him.

I only say bmx style jump because that is all he can relater to.

We didn't have free riding and dirt jumps back in the 80's and he is much older than me.

Just give me my dirt jump line then do whatever you want, 3 jumps in a row, with a dirt quarter at the end, all i ask

only 3? I vote for 4, just to be cooler than everyone else :lol:

 

3 a side with a big monster step up at the end, so total 7 jumps starting 15-20 foot gap then shrinking, pairs of jumps close enough to transfer between them

 

I say we just plan it out with our given land tomorrow...might be easier

btw, I can probably get some lumber to build a roll-in if needed

edit: speaking of which, what area do we actually have to build in? is it just the area up top? or can we build down along that slope behind the dam?

 

I wouldn't worry. That place has always had jumps and it has never been a problem. Built what you want.:bang:

I just would like us to have the option to roll a tractor in if we need to and not cause any problems.

It's too hard jumping anything at the track..

 

Building jumps did not go so well today. It was like trying to break concrete with a shovel.:lol: We tried.

 

pretty much...on the bright side, we found a bitchin tire to fill in the landing with :bang:

I'll see what I can do about getting that water bladder made for ricky's truck.

 

Or a good smoke signal if we get lost.:lol:
