So I'm planning on replacing my rear and upgrading my front derailer.

Does anyone know if I need to replace my chain too? As recently as last month I replaced chain, cassette, and cables so I'd hate to mess with all that again....

No reason to replace your chain if you just did it 1 month ago.

If you aren't gonna be doing 5foot hucks, there is no need to replace the chain.

Last time I checked, 5 ft hucks were not on my flight plan, so that's good to hear!
I would imagine that I need to be careful to not trash the links so I can return the chain to its original size.
