I've ridden this bike when it was complete, fit me well (5'10"). I would have bought this off you if I didn't just finish my SS!

    How are the teeth Kyle?

Possibly, I will email you and let you know prior. It all depends on how much pain I am in.

Can you please post what you still have for sale? The frame is a medium. Is the color green? Can you post what parts you also have (brand, model) and price for package?

Also - can a derailleur hanger be added?

Medium, Green and a rear dérailleur cannot be added so NO. I have a garage full of parts, just no brakes or wheels to give away. I will have to look and see, and I will take better pictures.

I have alot of things in the garage, I ahve V brakes that I can include, no levers though. I have no wheels or seat stem, IU do have a seat

I was able to order a dérailleur hanger from my LBS, I'll have more info tonight when I try to install it, but it looks like its pretty straight forward.

I have a few boards that I can part with

Never really surf the Weber, (it was surfed before, I bought it used) wall hanger, wife knocked it off the wall, I had to fix the dings. #-o Would need to be a damn nice bike or close to complete for trade.

Second longboard is basically new. Bought it from a noob who dropped it on the rails. Fixed the rails, gave it to my daughter then bought her a different board a month later (7 year olds don't bode well with 9 foot boards).

Also have a 6' 8" Minard that I had Bill shape for me a few years back. No pics right now but the board is solid, no dings, glassed on fins, hard rails, thin squash tail. It is a Blacks or equivalent board. Not friendly in mushy small waves, not a beginner board. I am only 5' 10" so you may be able to ride it differently but it isn't a chop-hop type of board. Fast and drawn out turns (neither of which fit me in the water anymore)

That is what I have to trade. The second longboard or the Minard I could part with easily, not so sure about the Weber.
