    I'd like to thank Dino for taking my son up to the hill and letting him ring the cowbell while I was racing. My son had a great time and that really made his day. Thank You Dino, you're the man!

    No excuses here. I had a BAD night in SS from the start of the race. I made a few mistakes that killed my race, and I'm to blame. I know what I need to do for next week.

    Well I dropped 5 minutes from this week to last week, thats a positive. But I snapped the lever off the rear shifter so instead of shifting 5 to 6 gears i got to shift 1 by 1 pretty rad if you ask me. I spent a lot of time on the ground too, just a lot of dumb stuff. Felt strong but my bike let me down. Whatever though good times and i didnt get hurt.

    I had a good time, decent ride. I think the course was a few minutes faster than standard; I liked some newness.
    Did anyone do any extra laps?

    Did have a rider come in towards the end of the race....stating he thinks he did an extra lap.....cannot confirm or deny.

    On my 3rd lap (toward the West half I guess it is) I passed a WB who was asked me how she knew when she was finished. I asked her if she had been up that hill twice (pointing to the West loop). She said yes. I said: "you're done, you've already done two laps." I think she did an extra half-lap. She probably wasn't the only one who was confused.....
