    LaLaLaLaLa.....I can't hear you Rodgerdodger! Dont be hating on the old man that could barely finish a lap! DELIBERATELY is a strong word with hateful under tones, let's use the word decides instead. It cost less than the guy that DELIBERATELY punctured his tire (Hotchkiss ?), but this so called "quitter" AT LEAST SHOWED UP because he didn't have to ask permission if he could go out and play! (OCMoto?)

    Some days are better than others.
    I told Roger that I would do the three laps so he could beat someone...finally...a gift mind you, cause I'm a giver like that. Well.... the firs HALF lap almost killed me, I went to stop for a rest but TWC and Dino wouldnt let me and pushed me down the road...the DNF sign looked soooo inviteing that I just had to go see what it was all about, and guess what?...it was the right thing to do, for me, cause yesterday was not a good day for me. See ya'll in three weeks....hopefully.

    I said "I may, or may not have" deliberately given myself a mechanical, it could have been an act of God. And my tire wasn't punctured. So when I decide to beat you guys during the second half, all I have to do is throw some stans in there and commence to kick ass!

    Scott's story is very inspirational. He had a brain tumor, had surgery and chemo, and then had to re-teach himself how to do things that we all take for granted (like put a shirt on, for example). When his friend first re-taught him how to ride, his friend had to stand next to him and guide him along on the bike. Then on his first solo ride, he was gonna stop at a stop sign by his house, turn around and go back home. Instead, he ended up riding all the way to El Moro and climbing "I Think I Can"!! He wanted his story to be told so he could be an inspiration to others, and give them hope. He gave all the glory to God for bringing him to where he is today..... kicking butt and taking names at OTH!!

    I teared up a bit, and I know I wasn't the only one. He deserves this award, that's for sure!
