Greg... You must have been busy looking at the mountain lion tail in the bushes... If you can heal as fast as you ride that SS you will be good to go in no time... to a quick recovery
Get well soon! We had an early group ride at SCST today and finished about 9:45am. I noticed one guy wearing a Warrior's jersey in a group as I finished. I think we took that same trail (farthest trail out and back).
healing vibes old man resting consider it more time to work on your writing and hair. let me know if I can do anything for you!
Please, grasshopper... Don't make me laugh... it hurts!!!! C = compression.... and it's too painful to put a whap around the rib cage right now! That was John (KeepWhatHappens) I was wearing a yellowgreenish jersey today. If you were at the dog park I saw you guys....

Bummer to hear about your crash today Gregg. Not only that I'm sorry I missed the ride, but sorry you went down. Heal up soon my friend.
Sorry 'bout the crash but I think I understand what happened now that I saw the photos.... You must have tripped on that thing hanging of the back of the bike. I think some folks use it to change gears with but it probably just got in your way
Dood- does this mean you'll be riding around the house (again) 'till yer all better? I mean what's the worst that could happen, Ya 'crash on the couch'? And wear a lid on the stair-drops, no hip-checking the lamps!. GWS bro. -kevin.
Greg sorry to hear about your crash/fall. We were down that trail eariler and know what it was like. Reed aka Fossil
Gregg, You really scared with the agonizing sounds you were making after going down in that hole. Erik and I thought you had been impaled by something & we were scared to look. Glad nothing too serious happened, but still, we'd like to get an update from you. I knew you were hurting when I was on your tail on the last climb out. That just doesn't happen and you were riding strong, as usual before the little mishap. Take care and we look forward to riding with you when you are healed. Deb
