16 offensive rebounds for the Celtics, +7 overall. The Lakers fell asleep in the 4th. No energy from anyone on the Lakers in the final quarter and got they spanked, outscored 36-27. I expect the Lakers to come out with more "fight" in game 5.

I don't know what was worse.....watching the Lakers unravel or listening to the announcers who were really biased towards Boston.....

No biggie. 2 of 3 in Boston will work. It's only fair to win a championship in front of a home crowd. Not worried about it. I believe.

Missed Bynum tonight. Fat Davis would not have scored had Bynum been playing. Lamar got embarrased by Davis. 2nd game in a row Kobe hasn't played well yet we were still in it. Artest is in Pierce's head. Rest up Drew, I like our chances in game 5.

I have a feeling Boston will be clicking in game #5 and blast the Lakers. Boston has been missing way too many layups/uncontested shots and a good team like that will start hitting them. Boston's bench brought a lot of energy (Nate Robinson and Baby Davis). The series has been pretty entertaining so far. I underestimated the Celtics by saying L.A. would take the series in 5.

Really? I don't even like the cry-baby Bryant and I think he shot the ball pretty well these last 2 games. He hit some ridiculous 3-pointers last night. If you're going to call 29 points in game 3 "not playing well", you just might have some unrealistic expectations of the man. No one in the league can stop him when he decides he going to score.

He may not be having 40+ point games, but give the guy some credit (F* me, I can't believe I just typed that!).

But he had to take 29 shots to get 29 points in game three.

The Celtics have to win 3 games for my prediction to stand, so I expect them to win one more also. (although I wouldn't mind being wrong and they don't win another :) )

Like I said last time, they just need ONE guy in the fourth to come alive when the game is close in the 4th. That didn't happen last night. Kobe was hitting 3's in the 3rd but died in the 4th. The bench did their job in the 3rd, keeping it close and not letting it get out of hand. In the end though, Odom couldn't keep BB Davis off the boards which allowed him to score easily in the paint. (dude's big, reminds me of Barkley)

So, they need another scoring 4th from Fish, from Bynum / Odom, from the Bench, from Artest (!!!!), from Pau, from Kobe, anyONE. Next game it may be 3's from the outside or BB Davis / Perkins from the paint but somebody has to step up in the 4th and hit shots for the Lakers for them to win at the end. That being said, they had a heck of a transition defense throughout the game. The Celtics fought harder for the ball in the end and won, but they didn't win on their strength which is their transition offense. Kind of reminded me of the 08 series there at the end where the Lakers were just pounded into submission under the bucket. (Nate Robinson is one fast little dude!)

I watched the 4th with the sound off, nothing they say is of any value...wish I could get the AM and the TV to cooperate I would much rather listen to Spiro.

Not that uncommon for him, though. I'd call that one of the few constant criticisms you could make of the guy.

I'll give the guy credit when he doesn't shoot 10-29 in game three and turn the ball over 7 times, a key turnover that led to a Rondo layup in game 4. Kobe hasn't played well in the last 2 games.

I agree that Kobe did not play well. The point total doesn't matter as much as the all around game. I'm looking for him to play efficient and also not turn the ball over so much. Those turnovers(7) turned into Celtic points and you can't do that when the game was this tight. Bynum was held out and played only 12 min. Need at least 25-30 min from him. He only scored 2 points and Fisher only 6 points.

There were 6 Celtics in double figures and only 3 Lakers, yet the Lakers had their chance to win another game on the road in the most hostile environment such as the Garden. Game 5 will be a war! GO LAKERS!

Props to Pierce. He was unstoppable. The Lakers can feel free to show up for a Finals game. Kobe can't do it by himself.

Maybe if I had some emotional stake in the Series, or were a Boston fan, I'd have been happy about last night's game. I just want to see ONE good game between two of the greatest rivals in sports history. Sure, as a Sacto Kings fan, I'm pulling for Boston on principle. But, nothing about the Lakers' performance last night was good.

If any three of Garnett, Pierce, Allen, or Rondo have decent games (not even great games, really), I don't think the Lakers at their best can match them. Hell, I'd simply love to see that happen just to see if my theory is true. Hasn't happened yet. And, I hope we get two more chances to see it.
