Finally!!!! After breaking my wrist back in July I rode Whiting Ranch today. I made myself take it easy by inviting a friend who doesn't ride much. I've been riding on the road for the last month and all I can say is that Road Biking and Mountain Biking are truly two different sports. I was enjoying road biking but getting back on the trail made me realize that my true passion is the trail. I will continue to ride on the road for cardio and when the trails are too wet but I'm looking forward to getting back to trail shape. Too all of you who come across this post because you've been injured, do yourself a favor and give your injury time to heal.
