    It was the same with the race at Santiago Oaks.....but it did not seem to be a problem. The courses always seem to work themselves out.

    Sorry for the late response, for some reason we stopped getting notification of new post. I am trying to fix that.
    As to the course design it is done by the Parks and our company. Logistics and amount of impact on the course limits the routes. In most races and our past races racers always end up going down the technical sections together. Slower riders submit to faster riders and it works out well.

    OC Parks Tour - Aliso Woods Pre-Ride!

    What: Enduro Stuff Cup - OC Parks tour pre-ride at Aliso Woods park.

    When: April 21st at 8:30am

    Where: Meet at the Parking lot at the ranger station for Aliso Woods.
    28373 Alicia Parkway Laguna Niguel, California 92677

    What: Pre-ride the course for the May 5th race at Aliso Woods, you can pre-ride the advanced or regular course or both.

    Ron - thanks for the response. I'm really stoked to be racing in our backyard park and do think that with cool heads riders will be able to negotiate the course w/o ruining the other's experience if small bottlenecks form! Thanks for making this race happen!

    Lots of riders out in Aliso yesterday doing "the loop" Mathis, Rockit, Coyote. Its an interesting loop because I could totally see strong climbers putting others down by 1-2 minutes up Mathis only to be loosing the same amount of time down Rockit and out Coyote.

    Signs saying "Trail closed Saturday 7 a.m. to 9 a.m." are up on Mathis, West Ridge, Rock It, Coyote Run, Meadows Mentally Sensitive and Wood Creek trails. I assume that caution tape will block some of the key junctions by Saturday morning. That should keep the usual weekend warriors and hikers from getting tangled with the racers.
