Fortunately / Unfortunately I am married to a baker too.

Funny the picture above, is where Mimi (my wife) swears I tried to kill her, I rode through and then before I could go back and help her...she's not a drop person... I turn around just in time to see here fall in sections...sliding down that rock and crumple to the side. Pissed and all she got up and rode the rest of the Templeton / Cathedral Rock trail that day...took a couple hours before she would talk to me But by the time we got back to Bike-n-Bean she liked me again.

i just dislodged my first pineapple upside down cake of the bake sale & as i warned... it didn't come out pretty! but i licked the knife (yes, AFTER i was done) and OMG, it was good!!!

actually, the trip is still up in the air (if the gerls will even have me...) that's really pushing when i can ride... not quite 4 wks from my injury. we'll see how i'm feeling & what the dr says...

Tink, the pineapple upside-down cake was out of this world. Pat and I took our first bite, then looked at eachother with bug eyes, then both said "HOLY SH!T that's good!" Perhaps you added some secret ingredient... :-k
