    That was no game; that was an ass-whoopin'. LO and Ariza were huge factors as was Gasol. Of course, Kobe is so automatic, everyone expects nothing less and takes his contributions for granted. Without D-Fish's game 4 heroics (which in my opinion, won the championship), we wouldn't be here. This is so sweet!

    Check your sports history. They've rioted in places like Denver when they won the Cup and also in Dallas when they won the Cup and they both aren't even historically hockey towns. It doesn't just happen in LA..., just more often since we do seem to win unlike other cities like Seattle. ;) Lakers #1 again! YA!

    LAKERS!!! Too bad this wasn't a back-to-back Championship, but I'll take it! :)

    Can they re-sign both Lamar and Ariza? I sure hope so man, because if they do the Lake Show will have to be the favorites out of the West again next season!

    It's nice to be an Angelino tonight. We are so spoiled in this town, because we have had so many killer teams, but this win seems to be super sweet after the loss last year. It's a team we can be very proud of. They won on heart and determination. Well done Lakers!

    great way to show that they truely are the champs. The Magic are a great young team they just beat, so it wasn't a fluke. Congrats to the Magic for a good season, but you ran into a determined(finally) Lakers team. This was the way I wanted them to play throughout the playoffs but I guess doing it at the end counts just as much!!!! Way to stick with it Laker fans.
