after getting schooled by the Celtics last year I really want the Lakers to meet them this year in the NBA finals. But with KG out, it will be a shallow victory. It got pretty hot last year in a thread about the match up, and even though the Lakers lost badly, Im still a Lakers fan and not afraid to say it...anyone? or has fear of being dissapointed again taken all the Laker fans fingers away?
I'm a little disappointed about how they are finishing games right now. They should go on and win the whole enchilada though. LAKERS ROCK:bang:
Thank goodness for Shannon Brown Farmar and Sasha are playing like shiat right now. If it weren't for Brown we'd be in some trouble, not with Utah, but further down the road. Portland scares me, the Celtics did before Garnett went down, but Denver, Cleveland further down the road won't be a problem. Gary Coleman coming back from the injury makes this team the favorite.
Kobe hate is old. So he's not a lovable guy, I'm not asking him to raise my kids(if I had any), I just want him to put a ball though a hole. It's the name in the front not the back I care about.
This is a no brainer. Lakers all the way!!!. Even with their crappy defense sometimes and the lack of being able to put teams away when they're down. I believe their best games are yet to come. They're hungry and they're determined.
Sorry Laker fans, Cleveland will be tough, as will Portland....I hate NBA basketball so I do not really care who wins, but know enough and have seen enough to see those two teams can present problems for the Lakers....
Cleveland does worry me, but the lakers are one of two teams to beat them at home, and swepted the regular season, but Cleveland was with Delante West, a very key player for them...as for portland since Houston took one of the 7 on their floor they kind of have an up hill battle.
