Nite Ride at Blackstar to Skyline to Blackstar or whatever "feels" good!

    *****The route is changed, due to Motorway being closed*****

    Now that Blackstar is back open the Geoladders ride is back on for Tuesday nights!
    After last thursday's fully ride there was talk of hitting Blackstar to Skyline to Blackstar with some turnarounds for those that don't want to go all the way so this will most likely be a 2 or 3 group ride with regroups, no one will be left behind!
    Meet at the gate at 6:45 pm, ready to go.
    Hope you can make it!

    no it is not.
    come on guys, please dont schedule rides on trails/areas that are still closed...

    I don't think this route was posted, to ride closed trails/fireroads...(He thought it was open - simple mistake):wave:

    There is no intention of poaching here. I am going off info from another rider, who remain un-named:lol:, that Blackstar is open but how far to Motorway we don't know hence the what feels good part of the title. I wasn't really planning on going too far since I live at the bottom of Skyline I was thinking of going up a bit more then turning around and heading home..I think cold ones-plural!- are a good idea:beer:!

    Open A portion is closed from Beeks Place to Indian Truck Trail.

    no tension, we just need to give all the riding areas time to recover, and not rush into these areas even though they seem ready to ride.
    there has been plenty of postings/information/websites with news on whats open and what's not... so hearing this should not be a surprise.

    Simmer down boys, no poaching/illegal trail riding going on here just was asked to post a ride on 2nd hand info. looks like we will go up to Beeks, have a beer:beer: and go back down.

    The Motorway was not destroyed. Yes, they did cut into a small portion at the very bottom. However the rest of the trail is still in its pre-fire state, except for the loss of brush. The new cut they made was basically a straight line down from the Main Divide to the bottom of the Motorway.
