    I'm a beginner mtb rider, my bike is 2001 K2 proflex 4000.

    And I rode today around Malibu creek state park by myself.
    I hope to see you guys in the field.

    Pack items for everyride :

    Cell phone ( set on vibrate )
    Spare tube and/or patch kit
    Pump
    mini-tool and tire levers
    Some food item (powerbar)
    More water than you think you would need.

    You can ride one hour in to find a four hour hike out with a flat tire or mechanical.
