    ^^I saw that last night - ridiculous, and if they're down in lower level against the glass they're probably season ticket holders...or maybe the Pond lets people down after the game, but Staples doesn't. I'm not Duck bashing - I've seen plenty of retarded things go down at Staples too. And the whole time that stick was meant for the little girl. Niedermayer looked pretty rattled.

    On a lighter note, my boy's Mite team, West Valley Wolves, will be at Staples tomorrow Sat Nov 21 for the 1pm Kings vs Flames game selling programs as you walk thru the turnstiles. All of the proceeds go to their team fund (beers for hockey dads - :lol: ha if only!). Buy a program if you're going, it's for the whippersnappers!

    it was pro skateboarder make vallely doing the ass kicking. he actually blogged for the dux, not any more, they cut all ties w him as he was arrested. but what would you do if a drunk guy was trying to steal a scotty stick from your lil girl? im not condoning his actions but i somewhat understand.
    if there is one person in the 18 thousand there not to F with its mike V. im sure he has bail money. LOL

    Umm I'm sorry but he went over board and started throwing the punches...the "drunk guy" was standing just holding onto the stick....what was being said between the two I have no idea BUT the "pro skateboarder" went too far....and in front of his little girl too....I feel sorry she had to see her dad and a "drunk" fan look like fools over a hockey stick....

    1. The "man" throwing punches was out of line
    2. The other guy was simply "holding" the hockey stick
    3. Had cooler heads prevailed, I'm sure Duck's security would have cleared things up
    4. Looks like ASSAULT to me
    5. Wonderful role model... :clap:
    6. Someone swings at me like that- I'm not so sure I wouldn't have swung back
    7. The "man" who threw the punches has a long-history of being a hot-head (i.e. fighting)

    Pretty sad....

    *Why do the Ducks suck so bad? They just do.
    *Will the Ducks finish last in their division, last in their conference or last in the entire league? Only if there really is a God.

    The whole Mike V. situation was ridiculous and uncalled for, but to add further fuel to the fire, the Ducks (unlike the Kings) don't even give away real sticks. They are just these super cheap replicas. What a shame.

    Indeed a great win for the Kings. Quick was great at the end of the game. Can't wait for Scuderi and Smyth (especially him!) to come back. On the other hand, I still can't believe we drafted Brian Boyle ahead of Corey Perry...

    I watched Boyle a lot when he was in college... he was a big, badass, MF'er! He was one of my favorite drafts by the Kings in a very long time.

    That sure turned out lame. I wish him well but some people have a hard time adjusting to the NHL I suppose? I think the Kings didn't know what to do with him and he never really developed here. Did you see his first few (NHL) games? YIKES! He was on fire, then the Kings just kinda gave up on him....

    I love to hate Corey Perry....I f'n can't stand that guy!

    I just realized that if you take some of the letters in "ducks" and use a few more letters you get "DUCKS SUCK".

    This was stolen from another board:

    First in the West to 20 wins

    1 point behind San Jose. that puts us at 2nd in the Western Conference, but 4th due to the division leaders taking up the top 3. Tied for 3rd in the NHL in points.

    102 goals tied for 3rd in the NHL for goals with the Penguins.

    14-0-0 when leading after 2. Tied with NJ for best in the league when leading after 2.

    8-1-1 In games against the Pacific Division.

    NOW THIS IS IMPRESSIVE.
