Allison, you'll be fine. We can regroup as often as you'd like. Probably the more the better. I just want to make sure we get together at those spots so no one makes any wrong turns.

PS, are we eating anywhere after?

Anybody have a reasonable guess as to how long we'll be out on the trail? I missed it if posted before.

 

Not exactly with a group this big. Just plan on making it an all day adventure.:bang:

 

Looks like I might be in for at least Trabuco to Main Divide. Depending on the time once at the MD I might continue to Bell.

 

Was afraid of that. Focused totally on getting the day off, and completely forgot that I still have to relieve my babysitter by 2pm. Don't know what I was thinking.

 

First off, GREAT question. I am not at all familiar with the area. Is there a decent mexican or italian joint? Non fancy sit down would be good. Beer is a plus. Would be cool if those of us that have the time could hang out and rehash the day! That's half the fun

I think regroups at turn offs are a good idea. There looks to be quite a few from the geoladders directions.

I also wouldn't mind getting to hang with the fast guys for a second or two every now and then :lol:

The best Mexican food in the area if Rose Canyon Cantina which is within walking/riding distance of where you will be parking.

Cross the bridge on the paved road toward O'Neill. Turn right immediately after the bridge. Go 500 yards and you're there! Killer margaritas and killer patio out back!
