New to SoCal-will ride for beer

    Okay, I'll buy my share of the beer...

    Anyhow, I'm new to So-Cal, wanted to get back into mountain biking again, I used to do it often (10 years ago), but the Military kept me away from the mountains for awhile (I am from Idaho). So anyhow, I just got a shiny new Stumpjumper and I need to get it dirty. I live downtown LA, and have no clue where to ride, other than what this book I just bought tells me...

    So if anyone is interested in a casual ride, or something that won't kill me (probably under 10 miles). Please hit me up via PM, or email at [email protected]
