I just noticed that I never introduced myself to everyone at STR. I thought I did, but maybe I was drinking a cold one and never pressed submit. Anyway, here it goes. I just moved back to SD after two years in Boulder, CO. I live and ride in the North County of San Diego, Calavera Lake mostly since it's within riding distance. You can find me riding a Bianchi SOK 29er SS since that's all I have left after selling a couple of bikes. I have two small boys so my riding time is limited but I still try to get out a couple times each week. Thanks to everyone for all of the great info they post on STR. Cheers :beer:
well welcome and good day to you sir. I hope you arent like some of the boneheads I work with who are over 35 and still ride skateboards. One guy is 37, shaved bald head, ear ring, tattoos on his hands and arms, says "dood" and "stoked" all the time. Has a 12 year-old boy trapped in his brain.
you're kidding right? I forgot to add, this bonehead's g/f had enough of his child-like constant videogame playing, surfing (not bad I used to do it myself), skateboard riding and collections of "action figures" (dolls) and broke it off after 4 years living with him. I hope you're married, cuz doing that after 35 is a chick turn-off.#-o
Born and raised in SD so this is home. Plus, now my kids are closer to the grandparents which is really cool for everyone.
