    Another big welcome. I grew up in Rowland Heights and lived there until until about 10 years ago. That area of trails is where I learned to mountain bike and where I got into it. From Schabarum (really old timers know it as Otterbein) there are plenty of fire roads that connect to Fullerton Rd aka Powder Canyon, Hacienda Blvd, and I believe to points west like the Turnbull area. There wasn't much singletrack out of Schabarum when I used to ride there but there's plenty of climbing. The other downside is there are several equestrians that ride in that area, they're usually friendly but you'll need to control your speed, particularly descending into the park.

    Merry Christmas from 92823 originally from 91745 (Los Altos side). I'm also a current Turnbull addict ever since it started getting rain. Regarding your location, you are at the north side of Powder Canyon which can connect to Turnbull. You have some good stuff there.

    (oh, and Fergie is not our greatest export. Tina Yothers and BTTF are.)

    I thought Tina Yothers was from 91748, everyone said she went to my Jr. High, Alvarado a couple years before me. I remember when they shot BTTF, I really liked going over there to see the two Deloreans they were using for the shoot.
