    I know this has been beaten to death but Mark again has gone too far by now including personal contact information of myself, my employer, and several other STR members.

    Looks like we need to pool funds together to retain a lawyer to represent this site/community. I'm disgusted after reading what he has written, and it is quite arguably libel.

    I'm not willing to put my name and email address in an online petition if the possibility exists for him to use it to his means. I am quite willing to help hire a lawyer, however.

    Just a slight concern...

    The petiition states:
    "This petition will end on October 31st and will be automatically sent to Mark's email address."

    I really don't want Mark to have my name and e-mail address. I am genuinely concerned that he may stalk me as well.

    No problem. I will do the anonymous thing, but I wasn't necessarily referring to him having my information. He is obviously the type that gets off on internet fame--so these sorts of things will likely just fuel him. We'll see.

    I'm not an expert on these sorts of things, but I do mix it up with lawyers and legalities on a regular basis. Personally, I'd just ignore this guy. This thread, the petition, its all what he wants. And I'm pretty sure any sort of lawsuit would be pointless and expensive. That fake site would be pretty hard for the layperson to find anyways. My $.02.
