Yesterday I took the family out for a hike on Mt. Laguna on the Big Laguna Trail. Before we got started, around mid day, there was a life flight helicopter landing and a few ambulances. Later on the trail we heard that a mountain biker had crashed and wasn't wearing a helmet. Anybody know what happened? I hope they were alright, but it didn't sound good.
