    The ride is approximatelly 3 miles up a mile down 2 miles up and about 10 miles down with minor climbing in the middle.

    sharky,we did this in sept. 16 mi total approx.6 up, 10 down.

    AND that downhill was hella fun!! :D Completely booked Thanksgiving as usual so no Turkey ride for me and a very late turkey dinner.
    This is the trail Cathy ripped her arm on but no worries to anyone going...easy riding...she just hit one of our booby traps!! :-$

    No not like Merrill, all fireroad. The Singlespeed would be OK, the climbs are not steep...but they are on the long side. Suspension would be nice, lots of down and loose rocks, easy to get up too much speed = easy to go down...ask Cathy.

    very ss freindly,suspenshun helps but not a nesessity.my oldest son did this ride when he was 9 and 10. i've done it on my d/h bike,so its whatever you wanna ride. and yes cathy WILL eek out her revenge on this hill!
